Start with the exact model and version on your order. An 8.0, a Hub Shelter and a PRO model do not necessarily use the same floor, valve or connector. The films below keep their original model names.

Use and care

Where do I find the correct inflation pressure?

Use the pressure stated in the instructions for your exact tent and pump. We do not use one pressure figure for every Coody product. If you cannot identify the instructions, send us your model, version and a photo of the valve before inflating.

What should I do before storing my canvas tent?

Fully dry the canvas before storage and check the air beams and fabric as part of normal care. Follow the model’s packing instructions. If you had to pack up wet, arrange a suitable place to dry the tent before putting it into storage.

Can any two Coody tents connect?

No. Check both model names and versions against the connector’s listing. Aurora Dome-to-8.0 uses its own connector. Confirm PRO compatibility separately rather than assuming an accessory fits every generation.

Is the pump or stove included?

The six core tent listings include a manual hand pump and rainfly. An electric pump and wood stove are separate unless the selected listing explicitly includes them. Use the individual product’s package information for the exact kit.

Does condensation mean the fabric is leaking?

Moisture inside a tent can have different causes. Tell us when it appeared, the weather and ventilation conditions, and where the water was found. Photos or a short video help our team distinguish the symptoms before recommending a next step.

Where can I find official troubleshooting films?

Coody Korea publishes films for zipper repair, pressure-relief valve inspection and checking for air loss. Confirm the part and version with us before removing or replacing components.
